| Requirements: | 1. 5+ years of plastic molding manufacturing |
| 2. 5+ years of operation experience on injection molding, blow molding, ISBM equipment | |
| 3. Experience of mold tooling modification | |
| 4. Desire and willingness to take on new challenges and learn new things | |
| 5. Ability to self-manage, work in an unstructured environment | |
| 6. Good oral and written communication skills | |
| 7. Forklift certification preferred |
| Job Responsibility: |
| * 1. Arrange and process production every day based on the schedule from business analyst |
| * 2. Maintain and adjust the equipment for production, including mold installation, equipment trial running, and cleaning after each production. |
| * 3. Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift |
| * 4. Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours |
| * 5. Enforce all safety and processing procedures during production |
| * 6. Train new employees and coach existing employees |
| * 7. Manufacture and pack products as necessary |
